• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage logs when you access our platform (automatically collected).
• Consent Records: Record of your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, including IP address and timestamp (stored for compliance under IT Rules).

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To match your profile with job openings and forward your resume to potential employers/recruiters.
